Block Salt Softener Compatibility
Please be aware, if you have a TwinTec Cobalt, S5, MiniMax Innova or the HarveyArc - this product salt is NOT compatible with your system . You’ll need Mini Curve Salt, which you can also find available to purchase on our website. This standard block salt is compatible with most other block salt systems and non-Harvey water softeners including:

- MiniMax
- TwinTec
- Dualflo
- Crown
- Kinetico

- Monarch Ultra HE
If you have multiple items in your delivery, such as filters, these items will arrive separately.
On rare occasions, block salt may become broken during transit- however, this salt is perfectly fine to use within your system as normal and instructed.

Returns Policy
We are happy to refund an order you have placed mistakenly, or where the wrong item has been ordered, up to a period of 14 days after you have received the order. Please note, we do not offer collections or pre-paid labels for returning items to us. Additionally, we do not refund any delivery charges incurred and all return postage is at cost to yourself.
Shipping
Not all items that we stock are shipped from our Hipley Street Warehouse, but we always ensure that your items are well packed before they leave our warehouses to arrive with yourself safe and sound. Due to our wide-range of products that we supply, we aim for orders placed on a Monday to Friday to be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed outside our Monday to Friday office hours will be dispatched on the next working day. Our orders are shipped via a combination of Royal Mail, DHL and our own van drivers. Delivery is free on all Mainland UK orders. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship our products outside of Mainland UK or internationally at the moment.
