Shipping policy

Not all items that we stock are shipped from our Hipley Street Warehouse, but we always ensure that your items are well packed before they leave our warehouses to arrive with yourself safe and sound.

Mainland UK Orders

Due to our wide-range of products that we supply, we aim for orders placed on a Monday to Friday to be dispatched on the next working day and to arrive within 5 days. Orders placed outside our Monday to Friday office hours will be dispatched on the next working day. Our orders are shipped via a combination of Royal Mail, DHL and our own van drivers.

Delivery is free on all Mainland UK orders.

Non-Mainland UK and International Delivery

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship our products outside of Mainland UK or internationally at the moment. If you are from further afield please contact us to discuss via email at salt@harvey.co.uk or call us on +44 (0) 1483 753402.

 

Additional Information

All delivery costs are presented at the 'My Basket' screen once the shipping destination is chosen, before any money is taken.

Please note working day delivery does not include Sunday, Bank Holidays, Public Holidays and substitute days (see the GOV UK website for clarification).

Shipping times are not guaranteed. From time to time unforeseen problems that are outside of our control can lead to postal delays. We do not accept responsibility for these in these circumstance. If it is imperative that your order must reach reach you the next working day please contact us so that we can quote for a guaranteed next day postal service.
