The Harvey Water Softener Block Salt - 12 packs is a multi-buy product, designed to be the easiest way to keep your Harvey Water Softener regenrating softly and smoothly.
This block salt is sourced direct from Harvey Water Softeners. It is manufactured to the highest food quality and then delivered to your door in just a few days.
This standard block salt is designed for most block salt water softeners including the TwinTec S4, HV4, MiniMax M2 & M3 and also Kinetico water softeners. Note it is NOT compatible with the Harvey Arc or Cobalt.

- Each pack contains 2 salt blocks - each block weighs 4kg.
- The average use of this product is one block per person per month, but this may vary depending on your water usage.
- This standard block salt is grade A / food quality salt (standard BS EN973).
- Delivery is 2-3 working days.

Please note, if you have multiple items in your delivery these may arrive separately.
On rare occasions, block salt may become damaged in transit or when it's moved, but don't worry as you can still use the salt in your softener.

Returns Policy
We are happy to refund an order you have placed mistakenly, or where the wrong item has been ordered, up to a period of 14 days after you have received the order. Please note, we do not offer collections or pre-paid labels for returning items to us. Additionally, we do not refund any delivery charges incurred and all return postage is at cost to yourself.
Shipping
Not all items that we stock are shipped from our Hipley Street Warehouse, but we always ensure that your items are well packed before they leave our warehouses to arrive with yourself safe and sound. Due to our wide-range of products that we supply, we aim for orders placed on a Monday to Friday to be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed outside our Monday to Friday office hours will be dispatched on the next working day. Our orders are shipped via a combination of Royal Mail, DHL and our own van drivers. Delivery is free on all Mainland UK orders. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship our products outside of Mainland UK or internationally at the moment.
