Te ZeroWater Filtration Process
- 1. Uses activated carbon filtration to remove chlorine.
- 2. Uses Ion Exchange stage to remove nearly all dissolved solids (aluminium, lead, zinc and nitrates).
- 3. 3 additional stages to remove other contaminants.
ZEROWATER 5-STAGE FILTER FEATURES:
- Reduces and removes Lead and Chromium.
- Uses Dual-Ion Exchange filtration.
- Removes 99% of contaminants and solids from tap water.
- ZeroWater achieves a TDS level the same as purified bottled water: 000-010ppm.

Returns Policy
We are happy to refund an order you have placed mistakenly, or where the wrong item has been ordered, up to a period of 14 days after you have received the order. Please note, we do not offer collections or pre-paid labels for returning items to us. Additionally, we do not refund any delivery charges incurred and all return postage is at cost to yourself.
Shipping
Not all items that we stock are shipped from our Hipley Street Warehouse, but we always ensure that your items are well packed before they leave our warehouses to arrive with yourself safe and sound. Due to our wide-range of products that we supply, we aim for orders placed on a Monday to Friday to be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed outside our Monday to Friday office hours will be dispatched on the next working day. Our orders are shipped via a combination of Royal Mail, DHL and our own van drivers. Delivery is free on all Mainland UK orders. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship our products outside of Mainland UK or internationally at the moment.
